This website is dedicated to the Vagabonds Cricket Club of Hong Kong. It is designed to give all past and present Vags players, the team's followers, and all interested in HK cricket in general an overview of what our club is all about, and keep you up to date with our regeneration.

Vagabonds Cricket Club play in the Sunday League of the Hong Kong Cricket Association. Founded in 1978 the Club counts the former England all-rounder Dermot Reeve as one of its past players.

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS !!!
Vags ended seven years in the wilderness on Sunday by defeating KCC Hornets at HKCC to take the Sunday Cup for the first time since 1994. Report now uploaded on News page. Photos and cuttings will be uploaded soon (1994 vintage are on the Photo Archive page). Vags would like to thank all players and supporters who have stuck by the Club over the last few years, especially Club Chairman Phil Glenwright, and this year's sponsors Santa Fe and the Mes Amis bars. This win (our seventh straight victory) is just reward for all the hard work and application that everyone has put into the team.

We are planning to create a Vags history archive section on the site to include tales of past heroics and reminiscences, Roll of Honour featuring past Vags skippers, players of the year etc etc to get as complete a history of Vagabonds Cricket Club as possible. VAGS CONFIRM TEAM SPONSOR
The stylish "Mes Amis" bars of Wanchai and Central have recently confirmed to sponsor the Vags cricket team in addition to the present team sponsor Santa Fe Transport International. The sponsorship includes complimentary and VIP drinks for all Vags players after matches and throughout the week. Vags would like to thank the management and staff of the Mes Amis bars for their support of the team, and look forward to many happy hours supping in their establishments.

Vagabonds CC want to hear from you if you're in Hong Kong and interested to play cricket. We're always keen to try out new players. If you're new to Hong Kong, looking to change teams, wanting a change from Saturday or social cricket, or even if you're a bit rusty and looking to get back into the game, send us an email and you could soon find yourself turning out for the Vags in the Somerley Sunday League. (Note that we do not at present bring in overseas players to play for the Vagabonds. You must already be living in Hong Kong to play for the team.)
